IRS Files $80,000 Lien Against Dallas Cowboy Dez Bryant

According to published reports from several sources the IRS has filed a tax lien for almost $80,000 against Dallas Cowboy star receiver Dez Bryant.  The lien relates to unpaid taxes from 2013, when the star made approximately $1,800,000 (compared to his present earnings which exceed $5M).

Tax liens do more than tie up your assets, they damage your credit and your personal reputation.  There are many ways to prevent an IRS lien from being issued in the first place.  The experienced tax and legal team at Allen Barron can work with any US taxpayer who is having challenges with the IRS.  The IRS has incredible powers to collect back taxes, including liens and an even harsher tactic known as a “levy” which enables the IRS to seize assets and bank accounts.

A US taxpayer should never face the IRS alone.  It is not even in your best interest to speak with them directly.  If you are facing challenges witht he IRS we invite you to contact us for a free consultation at 866-631-3470.

Our advice to Mr. Bryant is to pay the back tax debt immediately.  The IRS is one agency you won’t be able to outrun.
